It looks like Jen Shah will be serving less time overdue bars than initially expected.

According to the Federal Bureau of Prisons’ inmate database, the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star, 49, is now scheduled to be released on Aug. 30, 2028one year older than her original sentence.

A rep for Jen Shah said,

“I have spoken with my vendee Jen Shah over the phone this week she is doing well and remains single-minded towards making her victims whole. She has initiated her payments towards restitution, and we hope to have her home as soon as possible so that she may resume life with her family and work, putting this installment of her life overdue her.”

As previously reported, in January, the Bravo entertainer was sentenced to 6.5 years in prison without pleading guilty to participating in a telemarketing scheme. Reportedly Jen Shah targeted and scammed millions of dollars from (mostly) elderly individuals.

She was moreover ordered to forfeit $6,500,000, luxury and unverified luxury items, and pay $6,645,251 in restitution. While the entertainer initially maintained her innocence and supposed intentions to fight the case, Shah eventually reverted her mind and switched to a guilty plea. Her stance may have reverted without news tapped that she was initially facing a possible 14 years in prison and a $9 million restitution payment.

Jen Shah had this to say at her sentencing:

“I am sorry. My deportment have hurt innocent people. I want to repent by saying, I am doing all I can to earn the funds to pay restitution.”

Before Shah began her sentence last month, her shyster Priya Chaudhry said the reality star is “determined to make restitution to those whose lives she has impacted.”

“Jen Shah’s resolve to make her victims whole and to turn her life virtually is unyielding. She is single-minded to serving her sentence with valiance and purpose, fueled by her desire to make retrievement for the hurt she has caused and to help others in her new community.”

Chaudhry continued,

“Her path superiority will be filled with challenges, but with the unwavering love and support of her family and friends, Jen is prepared to squatter these challenges head-on and sally from this wits a largest person who makes a positive impact on others.”
